Our client is looking for a 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst to provide full 2nd line support to their customers and sales staff. You will assist with updating and maintaining the service desk system, prioritising and following-up calls and ensuring that users are supported in a timely and effective manner, providing admin and ad-hoc support as directed.

 

As an experienced 2nd Line Technical Support Analyst, you must have:

  • At least 2 years 2nd line experience in a similar role
  • Experience of setting up PCs, laptops, new starters and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
  • Good technical knowledge of Windows 7/8.1/10 operating systems and Apple Mac and all Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • A good technical understanding of Windows Server OS, including supporting a Microsoft Platform in an enterprise environment (including basic networking skills), an understanding of Active Directory and Exchange administration
  • A good understanding of LAN/WAN and VLANs
  • A good understanding of information security and security technologies
  • A strong understanding of customer service excellence and delivery

Our client, a well-established company in the retail industry, is looking for a Navision Analyst to drive the company wide rollout of Navision to multiple offices and stores throughout the UK and Ireland. You must have in depth experience of working with Navision across all core modules with some development skills and a strong understanding of data. The role will involve working with their NAV Partner on implementing, setting up and configuring the new system while following best practices; supporting, training and developing all members of the team to ensure a smooth implementation; then managing the ongoing day-to-day projects and initiative planned to utilise the new ERP system.

Our client is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide first line support to users.  You will need to get up to speed quickly with existing systems. This role would suit someone used to working on their own initiative and taking responsibility for the integrity of the data they are looking after.  A database of client information is central to the business and the management and reporting of this data is central to this role.

 

As an experienced Technical Support Engineer, you must have:

  • At least 2 years technical support experience
  • The ability to work on your own initiative
  • Strong administration, time management and organisational skills
  • Experience with MS-Excel for complex calculations, lookups and integration
  • Experience with MS-Word for producing mailshots
  • Experience of using Object Orientated and Procedural PHP
